37: Cell Info
Returns the cached cellular-network information held by the device; GET does not trigger a fresh modem query or wait for network registration. Fields may therefore be unchanged between requests, or zero before a usable sample is available. In firmware build 2644, the cache is replaced when network identity changes or a signal metric changes by more than 3 raw units. Smaller signal changes alone do not replace it. GET and subscription support is firmware-dependent; older builds may not implement these requests.
